Know more about our smart Bengal ITI platform
Last updated on June 6, 2026. This policy explains how we secure data across our Multi-tenant system architecture.
Welcome to ITI MIS. We operate an advanced, Multi-tenant SaaS Information System built to digitize and empower Industrial Training Institutes. This privacy architecture defines how we systematically collect, process, isolate, and host highly sensitive institutional and academic records across our software platform.
To run separate dashboards smoothly for all users, our database holds records segmented into three explicit layers:
College parameters, legal trade setups, custom unit structures, and structured fee ledgers.
Student admission records, core daily attendance logs, examination sheets, and library book data.
Teacher credentials, active subject routing arrays, and operation audit trails.
Data processing is restricted to compiling core educational services. This includes automated calculations for monthly trade-wise attendance metrics, generating instant online test results, maintaining dynamic library inventories, and running real-time ticket tracking systems for complaints.
We protect your records using automated system infrastructure tools. Because our system is built as a Multi-tenant platform, each institute's relational database runs inside an isolated, encrypted partition to secure data tables. Automated real-time local backup routines run continuously to prevent file corruption or server data loss.
Our platform manages view/write privileges across 5 specific user roles (Super Admin, Principal, Teacher, Student, Accountant). Students cannot view ledger parameters or modify marksheets; teachers can only insert scores for their assigned units; and overarching SaaS architecture settings remain securely restricted under primary institutional admin tokens.
If your ITI administration requires an external storage map or an encryption audit record, please submit an official query.
